We have an exciting opportunity for humanitarians to join a pool of experts to potentially lead or co-facilitate one of our three Crisis Leadership Program (CLP) course offerings: Seed, Grow and Extend. We are continually expanding the CLP, and are specifically looking for facilitators to help deliver the program for a Sudanese context.

Scope of Work 

CHL is looking for passionate humanitarian leaders who believe in the importance of sharing lessons learnt and the dissemination of knowledge on core principles, soft skills and leadership concepts supporting both local and international peers across the humanitarian response in gaining more clarity on the complex humanitarian environment they work in. The Centre believes in the strong need to localise course delivery in the areas where the course iterations are offered. 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

Ideal candidates will have expertise in course and training facilitation, possess a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of both the subject matter and effective teaching methodologies. They have excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner, while also being adept at active listening and fostering open and brave discussion.
