The Centre works with a range of partners and donors to develop and deliver bespoke leadership development courses to enhance the skills of humanitarian practitioners and frontline responders.

We utilise our pool of expert facilitators from around the world who have extensive experience in humanitarian response, leadership development, and mentoring and coaching, to create the best possible experience for course participants.

Our methodologies and curriculum transcend a traditional understanding of ‘humanitarian leadership’, with our graduates able to navigate domestic emergencies, fragile contexts, the impacts of climate change and other volatile, uncertain and complex contexts.

Crisis Leadership Program

The Crisis Leadership Program (CLP)  is a new learning opportunity designed to support and strengthen the leadership skills of people providing frontline assistance in the Ukraine crisis.

Participatory and action-focused, this streamlined course provides front-line responders a chance to understand and navigate their disaster response system, as well as act as build their leadership skills.

The second iteration of the CLP is open for applications.
