Bethea joined the Centre for Humanitarian Leadership in 2021 as the Project and Grants Manager. She holds a Master of International and Community Development from Deakin University and Bachelor of Business and Health Science from La Trobe University. Bethea has previously worked on development programs in Australia, Africa, Asia and the Pacific, with a focus on private-sector engagement, disaster resilience and preparedness, and public health.
